Turnkey Load Out and Float Off

Malin Abram: specialists in turnkey load-out float-off operations

Malin Abram are proud to be known in the sector as a leader in turnkey roll-out and float-off operations. From the launch of the Type 45s, HMS Clyde and Oman in early 2000, to the Aircraft carrier, OPV and most recently HMS Glasgow first in class in 2022, we intimately understand clients Ro-Ro and Flo-Flo needs. This includes the balance to be struck between risk of availability of key assets such as the launch barge, commercial sensitivities and technical and operational capabilities. The balance to be struck between loadout tidal windows and any dredging costs have been carefully assessed with “no dredge” options also considered.

We are committed to offering our clients solutions that leaves them with minimal exposure to spot market pressures, equipment selection and a genuine, “supplier agnostic” solution. In this way we have the ongoing freedom to review our supply chain and adjust according to client’s needs.
