Whether its topside or sub-sea, we can offer the best coatings system available to ensure your equipment is finished in a way to meet the rigours of it’s environment; this will in turn extend the valuable assets’ life expectancy.
- Nuclear: The Nuclear Industry by its very nature brings its own set of challenges, with extremely tight specifications and high demands for conformity the coatings system has to be the very best. We are expertly placed to complete projects in very tight timescales with no margin for error, as is required with Nuclear power stations refurbishments.
- Construction: To cope with the demands of the volume of structural steel currently being used as Scotland rebuilds its aging housing and educational stocks we offer an automated blast chamber which is designed to process steel to a high quality, with a high degree of operational efficiency.
- Renewables: The Renewables sector represents an opportunity for Scotland to forge ahead in the drive towards clean and affordable energy. We are well placed to utilise our extensive experience, gained in the oil and gas sector, to offer tested, trusted coatings to withstand the harsh conditions found in this sector.

Quality assurance is paramount to all that we do. Our quality procedures for blasting, coating and painting are rigorous and we work to ensure every finish meets our client’s exacting standards.
Our Safety procedures have been formed and developed to cover the specific risks associated with our work and the expectations of our clients.
We are committed to safety & risk management at all stages of a project from concept through to detailed design and implementation to deliver a system fit for purpose. This is achieved through our phased approach to design and development together with a safety assessment process (HAZOP) to ensure that potential hazards are captured early in the design development phase and that risk reduction measures are implemented to ensure that the remaining risks are considered to be as low as is reasonably practicable (ALARP).
