Our chosen charities

As an SME, we understand that charity begins at home – and this is reflected in our Corporate Social Responsibility activities. Each year all of our employees are asked to nominate local charities they care about, which enables us to vote to select on one charity for each of our Business Units to support. This year, we are proud to be backing four incredible charities whose work makes a real and lasting difference to people’s lives.

In addition, the Group is proud to actively support The Not Forgotten, a charity dedicated to improving the wellbeing of serving personnel and veterans. We are also a Bronze Award holder under the Armed Forces Covenant, reflecting our ongoing commitment to supporting members of the Armed Forces community, including those currently serving, veterans, and their families. Through these initiatives, we aim to recognise their contribution, promote fair opportunities, and play a meaningful role in the wider defence community.

Across the year, each team will be organising a range of activities, from fundraising initiatives and donation drives, to volunteering and special events, all aimed at championing the outstanding work these organisations do

Alongside charity work, we also work with a number of community organisations and projects, from offering pro bono engineering and design services, to serving on charity boards, sponsoring charity and community events and offering our headquarter space, to local charity and community groups, from the Beatson Trust and Golden Friendships, to The Not Forgotten.
