Malin Abram supports WELLSAFE with the load out of the sds module for the wellsafe guardian

We are delighted to have successfully completed the load-out, transportation and installation of the SDS module for the Well-Safe Guardian. Our Malin Abram team, working in partnership with Well-Safe Solutions, have worked tirelessly to safely and securely complete this exercise.

With our Malin Newbuild team completing the initial build, and Clyde Corrosion Control Ltd colleagues blasting and painting the structure, it is a very proud moment for all involved, demonstrating what combined expertise and passion may achieve.

You can read our staff stories below, from a selection of those involved in this complex fabrication and transportation scope.

‘One of the best parts of my job is the fact I get to work not only across locations and with a range of valued clients – but also on such varied projects, for example the Well-Safe Guardian. It was quite majestic to see the SDS module loaded safely to the barge, a culminations of many months of calculations, planning and testing. I am very proud of my team’s efforts and feel privileged to have worked with our valued client Well-Safe, whom I hope we will develop a relationship with going forward.

‘I have been involved in this project since handover from our Malin Newbuild colleagues who completed the fabrication of the module. To see this build completed, work to safely and securely load her to the barge and then finally install, has been an absolute privilege. There has been lots of moving parts, requiring consistent communications across partners but the Well-Safe team have been fantastic throughout!
