Malin Group are delighted to be again attending Ship Ahoy – now in its 11th year – at the Summerlee Museum of Scottish Industrial Life. A free, family event, the interactive session will run from 10.00 until 16.00 and feature an array of stands – with models, activities and information on shipbuilding of past…as well as some innovations for the future!

Malin will be joined by a range of other exhibitors, including the RNLI and Loch Lomond Steamship Company – and will be showcasing some of their recent projects, from the float-off of HMS Glasgow and HMS Brocklesby, to MariLight’s additive manufacturing advances – and everything in-between! We will also have our model of the CD01, our 137m semi-submersible barge, with a challenge to balance the cargo – and some Malin Young Engineers resources, all aimed to ignite a passion for STEM in the next generation.
